  • Consulte la gu\u00eda de instalaci\u00f3n del producto, el manual del usuario y el Centro de ayuda de Star para asegurarse de que el producto ha sido instalado correctamente y para realizar las pruebas de diagn\u00f3stico iniciales.   • Si el problema de un producto no se ha resuelto despu\u00e9s de haber realizado todas las pruebas de diagn\u00f3stico, el equipo de soporte t\u00e9cnico de Star Micronics EMEA trasladar\u00e1 el caso al equipo de servicio de Star Micronics EMEA para que emita una autorizaci\u00f3n de devoluci\u00f3n (RMA).<\/li>

  • En el momento de realizar un reclamaci\u00f3n de la garant\u00eda al equipo de servicio de Star Micronics, ser\u00e1 necesario un justificante de compra, es decir, una factura en la que se indiquen claramente el modelo, el n\u00famero de serie, la fecha de compra y el revendedor del que se adquiri\u00f3 la impresora.<\/li>

  • Una vez emitida la RMA por el equipo de servicio de Star EMEA, se enviar\u00e1n m\u00e1s detalles sobre c\u00f3mo devolver el producto a un centro de servicio autorizado de Star.<\/li>\n<\/ul>
