The economical Star BSC10II thermal POS Receipt printer packs robust functionality and versatile compatibility for POS and Payment into a space-saving cube design.

The durable mechanism with Star quality print head and cutter prints high resolution text and graphics at a fast 250mm per second with thin paper support (49µm).  Its dual USB-C and Ethernet LAN interfaces, along with USB-A sync and charge for Android tablets, offer versatile connectivity for a wide range of applications in retail and hospitality including PC POS systems, Tablet POS (mPOS) and Mobile Payment. With enhanced StarPRNT emulation, the BSC10II also ensures cost efficiency with drop-in compatibility with legacy POS systems.

 

At just 140 x 169 x 119 mm, the BSC10II features an internal power supply, eliminating the need for an external adapter and keeping counter spaces clear. It’s cube shape integrates seamlessly into a variety of set-ups without compromising functionality.

 

The cost effective BSC10II supports thin paper capability, accommodating paper as thin as 49µm. This feature reduces operational costs while maintaining print quality.

 

the BSC10II is available with a suite of POS drivers as well as comprehensive SDKs and utilities for the latest POS and mPOS software. Accompanied by the Star Easy Set-Up Guide, online manual, and Star’s dedicated integration team, it ensures a simple and user-friendly experience for businesses transitioning to or upgrading their POS systems.

Compact cube design

Space-saving, compact design, which can operate horizontally or vertically. The internal power supply leaves counter space free of additional cables while integrated wall mount keys mean the printer can easily be fixed on the wall.  Prints on 80mm wide paper or 58mm paper with included paper guide.

Simple operation

The BSC10II offers easy cover opening and simple drop-in paper loading with partial cut autocutter. LEDs on front the panel give clear indication of printer and connectivity status. Star’s simple set-up guide and online manual assist customers with initial set-up and ongoing printer support.

Flexible Connectivity

With dual USB-C and Ethernet LAN connectivity for PC POS and enhanced StarPRNT mode for legacy POS, the BSC10II can also directly connect and charge supported Android tablets via USB Android AOA*, ideal for businesses with a mixed estate of POS and mPOS devices or those who are in transition to new Tablet POS software.
